YMCA to Help Everyone Get Healthy
All three county branches will be celebrating Healthy Kids Day this weekend.
Sometimes there's just not enough days in the week, but every Wednesday we'll give you an idea of something to do to relax, spend time with family and just take some time for yourself. This weekend it's time for a little health as we celebrate Healthy Kids Day with the Somerset Valley YMCA. The Bridgewater YMCA is celebrating the free community event, along with almost 2,000 other YMCA's across the country. The event will feature lots of active, fun and educational activities for stimulating mind and body.
