Angelo Fiorenza injured when vehicle hits utility pole on Morning Glory Road.
Green Brook resident Angelo Fiorenza, 21, was taken to Somerset Medical Center after the vehicle he was driving on Morning Glory Road, near Sunny Slope Drive, went off the roadway and struck a utility pole at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said Fiorenza received lacerations when his vehicle rolled over after the crash, and he was taken to Somerset Medical Center for treatment of the injuries. Information on his status was not available from the hospital. Following the investigation, police charged Fiorenza with driving while intoxicated, as well as careless driving, reckless driving, and disregarding of the marked lanes.

Customers say man exposed himself through shop's window.
Watchung police are investigating a report of a man who customers at Watchung's Let's Yo! Yogurt Shop said stood outside the shop and exposed himself. The incident occurred at 9:53 p.m. April 25, and witnesses said the man appeared to be between 17 and 22 years old. He was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, with the hood up, and reportedly "exposed his genitals, swung them around and ran off." Police said several witnesses inside the store confirmed the incident, which was also observed by children.

Watchung police reports for April 15- April 20.
Watchung police are investigating a report filed by Liccardi Ford that someone used a large bin for recycling to illegally dispose of items. The report was made at 8 a.m. April 18, the night after the bin had been emptied, according to managers at Liccardi. Watchung Police reports for week of April 8.
Collision Specialists, of Gainseville, Ga., reported fraudulent use of a company credit card to Watchung police. The company said someone used the card at Home Depot to charge $1,587 in merchandise on March 31. Police are investigating the incident. Three taken to Overlook Medical Center, including two minors.
Linwood Darden, 81, of North Plainfield, was charged with drunken driving and reckless driving at about 8 p.m. Saturday after causing a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 22 and Terrill Road, Watchung police said. Police said Darden was driving in the westbound lane of Route 22 when his 2002 Cadillac hit the rear of a 2002 Audi driven by Nika Archemashvili, of Old Bidge, which was forced into the rear of a 2005 Nissan driven by Plainfield resident Ivan Byron. Byron, and his two passengers, ages 9 and 15, were taken to Overlook Medical Center for treatment of pain reported at the scene. Darden also was charged with refusing to provide breath samples.

Watchung Police say store employees saw man and woman grab items from displays.
Employees at the Carter's Children's Clothing Store said a man and a woman entered the store and grabbed about $400 worth of clothing from displays, before fleeing the store on March 25. Green Brook police reports for March 22 through March 26.
The manager of Now Check Cashing filed complaints with Green Brook police March 25 after receiving five checks were returned for non-sufficient funds or other reasons. The police report said four of the checks were drawn on an account owned by RMN Packaging, of Passaic, and totaled $17,400. The checks were marked returned for reasons other than non-sufficient funds, while the fifth check returned was drawn on a Verona resident's account for $5,880 and was returned NSF. Watchung police say Misael Chavez-Martinez was traveling the wrong way in the westbound lanes on Route 22.
Watchung police charged Misael Chavez-Martinez, 33, of Staten Island, N.Y., with driving while intoxicated after they said he caused an accident on Route 22 that sent three people to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, at about 1:50 a.m. March 23. According to the police report, Chavez-Martinez was traveling in the wrong direction on the westbound lanes of Route 22 near the Blue Star Shopping Center when the accident with two other vehicles occurred. Chavez-Martinez and a passenger in his vehicle were not injured, but police said three others were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
