Long Hill Library Donates Books to High School English Department

Part of US World Book Night events.

The Long Hill Township Library and participated in the first ever US World Book Night on April 23 in an event aimed at “spreading the love of reading, person to person.”  

On that day, 25,000 people across the country volunteered to distribute 500,000 free books.

Each registered “book giver” selected from one of 30 titles and was given 20 free specially published World Book Night paperback editions to distribute. 

Vicky Kulikowski, young adult librarian at the Long Hill Township Library gave out 20 copies of “The History of Love” by Nicole Krauss to teachers at Watchung Hills.
