Dealing with difficult behavior in Dementia Care

Alzheimer’s disease,
dementia, and other forms of memory impairment offer many unique challenges for
seniors in our community and their families.  The Jaffa
Gate Memory Care Neighborhood
at The Martin and Edith Stein Assisted
Living Residence recognizes those challenges and offers specialized care and
support to help relieve the stress of both the resident and their
families.

Because we understand
the needs of families dealing with loved ones with memory impairment, The
Martin and Edith Stein Assisted Living Residence is proud to announce an
addition to their professional staff.
Barbara De Angelis comes to us with over nine years experience as an
educator, trainer and program manager for the Alzheimer’s Association.  Barbara also has experience as a caregiver
for her mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease.  She understands the stress and anguish caregivers
go through when caring for a family member/loved one.  Barbara is a member of the New Jersey
Counselors Association, American Counselors Association, and the American
Mental Health Counselors Association.
She has extensive training and knowledge in the field of dementia.   Join us on Tuesday July 10 @noon for a lunch
and learn program and meet Barbara.
Barbara will be presenting “Dealing with difficult behavior in Dementia
Care.”  Please rsvp to l 800-574-5760, or
