Eldridge Overton Opening Education Center in Green Brook

Eldridge Overton Educational Programs, which currently has an office in Bridgewater, is preparing to open a new section in Green Brook.

The company uses innovative and individually tailored tutoring programs and classes to help students further their education outside of the classroom, according to a release from the company.

“The education problem in this country are real,” Natasha Eldridge, co-founder of EOEP, said in the release. “We hope to be a part of the solution, helping to bring about another education option for students who may be struggling or students that need to be further challenged.”

The new office, expected to open in late August, will be in the Green Brook Plaza, at 326 Route 22 West 8A in Green Brook, and will feature tutoring sessions, summer camps, test prep courses and other programming.

Construction of the office is currently underway, so an exact date of opening is not yet available.

A grand opening for the new enrichment center is scheduled for the end of the summer.

“The new office will allow us to better reach and interact with the children personally,” Tiffany Overton, the other co-founder of EOEP, said in the release. “We will be able to hold classes and tutoring sessions there to help students in their educational endeavors, while still being able to remain flexible and come to parents if they need as well.”

Overton and Eldridge began the school as a way to supplement the work students are already doing in their own schools. They use personalized assessments and other methods to help students develop tools for continuing their educations.
