Latest Tally Confirms Election Results

County clerk's office adds to totals, but doesn't change results.

The results aren't officials yet, but tallies released today by the Somerset County Clerk's Office added nearly 100 votes to the total—changing the figures but not the outcome.

Under an order issued last week to accommodate voters forced from their homes by Hurricane Sandy, Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno directed county clerks to accept mail-in ballots until Friday, meaning additional votes could be added to the figures below.

The numbers for the local races are the most up-to-date and include ballots filed at the county clerk's office; figures for county, state and national races are only from yesterday's voting.
