POETRY U: An Evening Of Spoken Word By Local Writers

Please join Gallery U on Thursday evening, February 27, 2014, from 7-9 PM for POETRY U: An Evening of Spoken Word By Local Writers. We are pleased to host local novelists Ann Ormsby (reading from her new novel "The Recovery Room") and Nicholas Tanek (reading from his new novel "The Coolest Way to Kill Yourself") along with poets Deborah Chaskin and Pandora Scooter. Light refreshments served. All are welcome.


About Gallery U: Located in Westfield, NJ, Gallery U is an extension of Universal Rehabilitation Institute, which services adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The gallery acts as a vocational training program whose goal is to introduce people with TBI back into the work force and community. Clients at Universal Institute take part in all aspects of running the gallery. Gallery U is a fully functional art space that holds monthly group art shows, poetry readings, and community events.
