Blow-up at Event Nearly Derails a Career on 'Jerseylicious'

Everything was looking bright for Olivia Blois-Sharpe's planning for Bergen.com's "Bergen Night Out" event—she'd lined up vendors, designers and salons and handled run-way interviews with aplomb at the event.

"This is what I've been building up to my whole life," she says.

But it's "Jerseylicious," and her decision to include both Tracey DiMarco and Gigi Liscio means you know there will be fireworks.

Blois-Sharpe's new position with the website may have taken a big step forward with the work she did helping organize the event. She hoped to line up the Anthony Roberts Salon as a vendor, but when she presented the idea to salon owner Anthony Lombardi, he said he couldn't do it.

That's when trouble slipped in, in the form of DeMarco...who offered to help out by selling her "tease kits" at the big event. 

Still seeking a salon for the show, Blois-Sharpe heads to Gatsby Salon to see if they would like to participate and salon manager Christy Periera agrees to do it.

The event starts well enough—until Liscio and DiMarco pass each other at the backstage entrance. The sparks are ignited, and another "Jerseylicious" yelling match follows.

When Blois-Sharpe tries to quiet them down, she gets caught up in the middle and infuriates DiMarco.

When Blois-Sharpe's boss at Bergen.com, Heather Zwain, asks for an explanation of the problem, it looks like all of her hard work may have been for naught.

Zwain tells her a single mistake can derail her budding career—but adds she's proud of the job Blois-Sharpe did and is otherwise very happy with how it's gone.

Another surprise for the season's finale comes from Filippo Giovi, who tells Blois-Sharpe he's planning to move to L.A. to further his career—and he asks Olivia to go with him—to be his sidekick.

"You're buggin'" she tells him.
