What Could Take Charlie Brown's Site?

Route 22 site is a prime spot for redevelopment—what business would you like to see move in?

Since the collapse of the Charlie Brown's chain several years ago, the company's Route 22 location has been sitting empty, waiting for a new tenant to open it up.

The site is located in a prime spot on Route 22, further west than many of the chain eateries, which should be beneficial for a new restaurant. With a kitchen, dining room and bar inside, the site seems ideal for another restaurant—but let's be creative.

What else would do well there? Maybe it could be converted to a preschool, with the lounge turned into sunny romper room and the dining room, classrooms and nap areas.

Or perhaps offices for lawyers: divide the dining room up for offices, and converting the bar into an office lounge.

What can you see in its place? Tell us in the comment box below what you'd like to see move into the empty Charlie Brown's restaurant.
