Civil War encampment on the Watchung circle Oct.5th

The 3rd N.J. Vol. Inf. will set up camp Oct.5th near Watchung Lake. Sponsored by the Watchung Historical Committee visitors will see reenacators drill, march, set up camp, cook, play music and set up a medical field hospital. A contest for the youngest person to recite the Gettysburg address will be a real crowd pleaser. 10 am to 4 pm. www.3rdnj.org  908-938-5518 for more info.
