Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system. YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai CHi , Bau Gua , Xing YI , Baji and kung fu. emphasizes fluid graceful movements ,yet are highly effective self defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self defense.
Participates in Competitions:YES. ( push hand , forms , etc)
Kids class: Tai Chi / Self defense.
Woman's class: Self defense / Chi Kung.
