DESCRIPTION:SWIM\, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides free w
 ater exercise opportunities for adults who find it difficult or impossib
 le to get exercise on land due to the effects of MS\, Parkinson&rsquo\;s
  Disease\, stroke\, fibromyalgia\, RA\, ALS or other causes.&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \;\nThe Bridgewater Chapter of SWIM\, Inc. offers sessions on Wednesdays
  from 10-11 a.m. and from 1-2 p.m. at the Somerset Valley YMCA\, located
  at 601 Garretson Road in Bridgewater.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThe water exercise
  session is followed by a social hour that last until 11:30 for the morn
 ing session and until 2:30 for the afternoon session.&nbsp\;\nMembership
  at the Y is not required and there is no fee charged by SWIM\, Inc.&nbs
 p\;\nThe programs are made possible through the donation of pool and mee
 ting room facilities by the Somerset Valley YMCA and through the efforts
  of many volunteers who run the program.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Any adult who feel
 s they would benefit by participating in such a water exercise&nbsp\;pro
 gram or anyone who would like to volunteer should contact Joy Tsuzuki at
