Jared Cook, 28, of Union, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 2:27 a.m. June 9, after police stopped the vehicle he was driving on Bonnie Brae Road.
Cook was taken into custody after failing a breath test adminstered by a Warren Township police officer. He was also charged with careless driving, and was released pending an appearance in municipal court.
