The Watchung Hills Elks Lodge #2252 will hold its annual Hoop Shoot and Foulshot Contest beginning Dec. 1.

The contest is open to boys and girls between 8 and 13 (as of April 1, 2013) and is the first round in the annual event, with winners advancing to district competition.

The contest will be held in the gymnasium at the Morris-Unon Jointure Commission/DLC Warren, at 9:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. Dec. Registration will be held from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

There is no fee to participate.
