Dog licensing season is here and in order to keep your pet safe-and legal-registration will be due in the Borough of Watchung at the end of January.
Pet owners are required to license their pets annually between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31. Licenses expire on Dec. 31.
For any pet licensed after Jan. 31, an owner will be forced to pay a $2 late fee.
