An accident on Route 78 in Watchung near the Berkeley Heights border is causing a two-mile long traffic back up.
Details of the accident, which occurred at about 2:25 p.m., haven't been confirmed, but drivers in the area reported seeing several ambulance and other emergency vehicles at the scene.
